Kirinuki（以下「本アプリ」）は、お客様のプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリは、お客様の個人情報を収集・保存・送信しません。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、いかなる個人情報も収集しません。アカウント登録は不要で、アクセス解析・トラッキング・広告は一切ありません。お客様の画像や操作内容が外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。

2. 写真へのアクセス

本アプリは、以下の目的に限り、お客様の許可のもとで写真ライブラリにアクセスします。アクセスはすべてお客様の端末内で完結します。

3. 画像の処理

黒帯の検出・切り抜き、および任意の自動分類は、すべてお客様の端末上（オンデバイス、Apple の Vision フレームワーク）で実行されます。お客様の画像がサーバーにアップロードされることはありません。

4. 課金について

Pro 機能のアンロック（任意）は、App Store を通じて Apple が処理します。本アプリがお客様の支払い情報を受け取る・保存することはありません。

5. 第三者への提供

本アプリは、第三者の SDK・広告・解析ツールを使用しておらず、お客様のデータを第三者と共有することはありません。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは子ども向けではなく、いかなるユーザーからもデータを収集しません。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。変更があった場合は、本ページに掲載します。

Kirinuki (the “App”) respects your privacy. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects no personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising. Your images and activity are never sent to any server.

2. Photo Library Access

With your permission, the App accesses your photo library solely to:

3. Image Processing

Black-bar detection, cropping, and optional auto-classification run entirely on your device (on-device, using Apple’s Vision framework). Your images are never uploaded to any server.

4. Purchases

The optional Pro unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. The App does not receive or store your payment information.

5. Third Parties

The App uses no third-party SDKs, advertising, or analytics, and does not share your data with any third party.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children and collects no data from any user.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
